By engaging SALERATAIL for interior design services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

SALERATAIL provides online 3D interior design services including photorealistic visualisation, space planning, furniture and material selection, full design projects, and commercial interior design for offices, cafés, and retail spaces. All work is conducted remotely.

Project Process

The client submits a floor plan and design brief. SALERATAIL prepares concepts, revisions, and final deliverables as agreed in the project scope. Timelines are confirmed individually per project.

Payment

A deposit of 50% is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files. Prices are quoted in USD.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use all delivered visualisations and drawings for personal or stated commercial purposes. SALERATAIL retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

SALERATAIL is not responsible for construction outcomes. Visualisations are artistic representations; actual results may vary depending on contractors and materials used.

Refund Policy

SALERATAIL is committed to delivering high-quality 3D interior design. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Deposits

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once design work has commenced, as it covers the time and resources allocated to your project.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before any design work has started, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid.

Cancellation During the Project

If you cancel after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond this are billed separately and are non-refundable.

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with the delivered work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through revisions or a negotiated solution.
